Actually, although I find Victoria B's "fashion mission" incredibly puzzling, and I always questioned Dakota as a cover girl, I don't think VB is a bad idea.
MJ's campaigns always feature very diverse people, and I'm sure that he could pull off using Victoria, hopefully he could do something very different with her, and show her a bit fresh faced.
